The rooms are non-smoking and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Plus, the buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start your day.

The bar staff and restaurant provided exceptional service, and the food was freshly cooked, with one staff member in particular, Ilyas Gures, standing out for his exceptional service.

During my stay, the pool was closed for maintenance work. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the airport meant that it took quite some time, around 30-45 minutes, to reach the busy streets such as Istikal Street or Ortakoy.

I had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided all the information I needed. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has excellent facilities, such as a gym and pool, for guests to enjoy.

The receptionist could improve their English skills to better assist tourists.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The luxurious amenities provided us with a relaxing and exclusive experience. The service was impeccable; the spa and wellness centre, indoor pool and the sauna were all top-notch. The Jacuzzi and massage services were exactly what we needed to unwind after a long day. We were also impressed by the delicious and halal food served at the restaurant and bar/lounge area. It was a perfect stay!

The only minor issue we had was with the steam room. It appeared to be closed for maintenance when we wanted to use it, but that did not detract from our overall experience at this wonderful hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and experienced luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. The Turkish bath and steam room were a great way to unwind, and the sun loungers in the garden area were heavenly. The room was exquisite, with incredible exclusive advantages and a private facility that made our stay truly exceptional. The restaurant provided halal food that had a delicious taste that tantalized our taste buds, and the bar/lounge area served fantastic drinks.

The location of the hotel was not ideal despite its excellent location advantages. The only issue we experienced was that there were not enough packed lunches available for guests who wanted to take away.
